Your client's workflow died 3 days ago. n8n never made a sound.
n8n tells you when a workflow fails. Norvanetells you when it silently stops running — across every client instance you manage.

The failure you never see coming
Norvane is an n8n monitoring tool for agencies.
n8n alerts you when a workflow errors. It says nothing when a workflow simply stops running — a schedule trigger that quietly deactivates, an instance that restarts and loses state, a webhook source that stops firing. No error. No alert. No trace.
Downstream, a client's lead sync, invoicing, or CRM update is silently dead for days — and you find out from the client. For an agency, that phone call is how retainers die.
The usual fix — an n8n “error workflow” that pings Slack — has two fatal gaps: it only fires on errors(never on “didn't run at all”), and it lives inside each instance. Ten clients means ten half-configured monitors and zero aggregate view.
Three things nobody else does
Built for the one-instance-per-client agency reality.
Fleet view
Every client instance, one screen
Stop tab-hopping across ten n8n dashboards. See health, open incidents, and last-seen for your whole fleet at a glance — sorted worst-first so problems surface themselves.

Missed-run detection
A dead-man's switch for every workflow
We infer each workflow's expected cadence from its cron config and learned history. When a run doesn't happen — not an error, an absence — you get alerted. On Telegram, email, Slack, webhook, or push. No nodes to install in client workflows.

Client-facing proof
Branded status pages that justify the retainer
Give each client a public status page — their logo, their colors, 30-day uptime bars, zero of your internals exposed. Turn monitoring into something they can see they're paying for.

Questions, answered
Are my n8n API keys safe?
Yes. Every instance key is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and only ever decrypted in memory to make a request. Keys are never logged and never sent to the browser.
Does Norvane change my workflows?
Never. We're strictly read-only — Norvane only calls n8n's read API to list workflows and executions. It cannot modify, trigger, or deploy anything on your instances.
Can I delete my data?
Anytime. Remove an instance and all of its mirrored data is deleted; delete your account to wipe everything. No lock-in, no data hostage.
Do I need to install nodes in client workflows?
No. Monitoring is external — we infer expected cadence from cron config and learned history. Nothing to add to or maintain inside your clients' n8n.
Can I self-host it?
Yes. Norvane ships as Docker containers with automatic TLS via Caddy — one `docker compose up` on any Ubuntu VPS.
